  • Service equipment (tablecloths, dinner plates, cups, coffee machine, juice, glasses and various serving dishes and other service equipment)

Brunch – Simple ($25 per person)

  • 6 small bites per person (pastry, croissant, canapé and deserts)
  • 2 hot dishes to choose from (scrambled eggs or omelets, pancakes, corn and herring, sautéed apples and sausages …)

  • Simple deli platter

  • Coffee, chocolate and local fruit juices

NB:  An additional cost will be charge if the costumer wishes prepare the setup for the guests.

  • 2 hot dishes to choose from (scrambled eggs or omelets, pancakes, corn and herring, sautéed apples and sausages …)

  • Elaborate deli platter

  • Lunch menu includes (poultry and meat or seafood, rice, gratin, pie, 2 salads and 2 desserts)

Package 1 ($20 per person)

  • 8 small bites per person (6 simple – 2 elaborate)
  • A cocktail of choice, soft drinks and water
  • Cocktail tables and tablecloths according to the theme

Package 2 ($25 per person)

  • 12 small bites per person (6 simple – 6 elaborate)
  • 2 cocktails of choice, soft drinks and water

Basic banquet ($43 per person)

  • Turkey or ham, 1 meat, 1 seafood, 2 rice, 2 gratins, 2 salads, 2 deserts or 3 choices of small sweet bites
  • Set-up equipment for guests
    • Tables, wooden folding chairs, theme color, tablecloths, single loaders plates, cutlery, hot plates, serving dishes, bar equipment and other service equipment.

    • Bartender, servers and supervisor
